At Amerestore, America’s Restoration Team, we work with all insurance companies. We use Xactimate Estimating Software for both water damage and fire damage claims. And we will work with the adjuster, not against them. We know how important it is to respond quickly and to mitigate the loss. To “restore” not just replace. We train our technicians to save property, not replace it, if at all possible. We are a mitigation company first, a repair company second.

To insure your customers’ loss is handled quickly and efficiently, we use industry trained I.I.C.R.C. certified technicians. They are trained in the use of the very latest in technology with moisture meters, drying equipment, thermal imaging cameras and the latest heat drying equipment (allowing us to dry in hours-not days). We also offer agent and adjustor training classes to help assure that you are up to date with the latest technology information. We have found that it may be difficult for adjusters to visit the site of all losses. At the request of the adjuster, we can send pictures via email so they can view the loss to determine if they need to go.
